About Maxwell H.

I’m an RF/Antenna Design Engineer with the Department of Defense, where I apply my passion for RF, microwave, and semiconductor engineering to solve challenging technical problems with a real world impact.I thrive on challenges whether completing an Ironman 140.6 triathlon, pushing my limits on demanding climbing routes, or immersing myself in complex engineering projects in my spare time. My curiosity and drive for hands on learning have led me to build a satellite ground station for real-time imagery, design and test analog RF circuits (including an AM transmitter), and develop and evaluate antennas for HF communications.I’m motivated by opportunities that bridge theory and practice, collaboration and innovation. Above all, I’m committed to continuous growth, both as an engineer and as a lifelong learner driven to push the boundaries of RF and semiconductor technologies.
