About Maxwell Fletcher
Maxwell is a senior at the University of Florida pursuing a major in civil engineering and minor in cello performance with a passion and interest for structural engineering. As one of the current project managers of the UF Eckhoff Steel Bridge Team, Maxwell uses his work ethic and attention to detail to improve the physical and built world around him. His current career goals are to finish his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, complete a Master\'s Degree in Structural Engineering, and work towards obtaining his Professional Engineering (PE) license. Outside of engineering, Maxwell plays the cello in various symphony groups on-campus and is the conductor and musical director of the UF Honors Ensemble.
