I am a Partner at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, where I serve as Co-Chair of the firm’s Associates Committee. I am a seasoned transactional attorney with over a decade of experience. While my practice is concentrated primarily in four areas – entertainment and media law; mergers & acquisitions; corporate and business law; and commercial real estate – I have developed a diverse skill set and a track record of success in multiple practice areas. My legal practice is entirely separate and independent from my business and image consulting activities. I am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, California, the District of Columbia, and New York.
