CU Innovations functions as the tech transfer office for the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. I spent the summers of 2024 and 2025 primarily with the legal team, but also other groups within CU Innovations assisting on a range of projects, including but not limited to streamlining the office\'s intellectual property evaluation process, assisting the licensing team with patent evaluations, working on an investment due diligence project, reviewing contracts, and performing prior art research. Wrote the current campus-wide policy governing data commercialization.
