At Group SJR I”ve been building an AI chatbot that scrapes a website for data and you can then ask questions from that information in an effort to revolutionize the way that we navigate and use a website that has been stagnant since the 90s. It is my responsibility to delegate, write and manage tasks to the team as well as being very hands on with the coding side. There are two projects, the AI Chatbot that uses React.js, Framer motion and Tailwind. It is my first experience setting up a Stream API to retrieve chunks of data as AI responses are usually very slow. The other project is the content management system for how to configure the AI chatbot from its personality to blacklisting questions. This also uses our own Mongoose database, making use of Next.js API routers.
