Project Engineer to drive collaboration within a cross-functional team from industry and academia for concurrent technology research and development and workforce training/education.* Developed and curated a public on-line WorkForce Development (WFD) Career Alignment Platform (CAP) web app, https://cap.amperformance.org/, to interactively teach the complex world of Semiconductor Manufacturing and R&D. It includes the workings of the Semiconductor Fabrication building facilitation, Semiconductor Process Tool facilitation, and the Semiconductor Process for each Process-flow Module type. Over ten hours of Video explain the inner workings of the Process Modules. • Developed curriculum in the operation of highly integrated advanced manufacturing equipment and related process support systems hosted by the Advanced Manufacturing Performance (AMP) center, operating under the New York State Center for Advanced Technology in Nanomaterials and Nanoelectronics (CATN2).• Experience in semiconductor research process and equipment has honed teaching skills from in-house and seminar training courses to developing lively and interacting teaching that includes a mixture of presentations, at-desk labs, and sub-class team building exercises tailored for a broad audience – from high school to PhD and C suite managers. • Designed and help build teaching aids and test stands to enhance the in-class training experience to get students hands-on knowledge in semiconductor diagnostics, repair and replacement, schematic reading, and maintenance. • Created a unique Training Center in the CNSE center with hand-on training to diagnosis and repair of vacuum, robotic, electrical (RF, AC and DC), pneumatics, inert and toxic gas handling & piping, chemical exhaust and drain systems. • Worked with a leading vacuum pump company to produce and enhance Augmented and Virtual Reality training content of the innerworkings of the vacuum pumps and point-of-use chemical abatement systems.
