Current Operations Division Chief for the Joint Operations Center responsible for securing the defense of our nation at US NORAD and NORTHCOM. 20+ years of professional experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Senior Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Military Combat Aviator with over hours in 4th and 5th generational fighter platforms. Command pilot, evaluator pilot, and Instructor pilot in the F-35A. Certified Project Manager (PMP) with an MBA in Finance and Bachelors of Science in Business Management. Trained and experienced in Predictive Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies to include Scrum Master and Product log prioritization, refinement, and grooming.Blessed with the opportunity to have developed and trained hundreds of professional men and women over the past two decades in the United States Air Force to fight and win in the toughest environments. Human capital is and will always be an organization’s most precious resource and I excel at maximizing this resource potential.In my free time I enjoy coaching youth sports developing our next generation of young leaders to have the character, resiliency, responsibility, and leadership to excel and win in tomorrow’s life challenges.Currently part of a high performing joint operational team with strategic level impact leading Airmen, Guardians, Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and civilians in securing the defense of our nation.This is my personal profile, and my thoughts and comments do not reflect that of the DoD.
