I’m the President of Connections Physical Therapy, a family-owned network of outpatient clinics built on one simple idea: patients and therapists deserve better.Our clinics operate on a 1:1 model of 40-minute appointments - no aides, no overlap, no shortcuts. It’s a model that puts care before volume and gives our therapists the time and space to do their best work.I joined the practice in 2015, continuing the work my father started more than 40 years ago. Since then, we’ve grown to 20+ locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, staying true to our independent roots while evolving every system around quality, culture, and patient experience.I spend most of my time building teams, shaping strategy, and making sure every clinic has the support it needs to thrive. I’m passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and using data to drive better clinical and operational decisions.
