   Project: Ector County Independent School District Bond 2023 ProjectsLeading the delivery of two major capital projects: a $120M middle school and a $100M Career & Technical Education (CTE) center, as the owner’s representative for ECISD- Played a pivotal role in getting both CMAR (Construction Manager-at-Risk) projects within budget through rigorous value engineering efforts, while preserving the original program scope. o Brought the Middle School and CTE center into budget from $96M to $93M and $86M to $80M respectively, through cost optimization strategies- Utilize Procore for end-to-end document control, including submittal tracking, RFIs, payment applications, and issue resolution- Actively review and approve contractor pay applications, monitor budget tracking reports, and manage communications among design teams, consultants, and contractors- Foster collaboration between stakeholders by providing transparency on schedule, cost, and construction progress, aligning all parties on project milestones.
