Assist unit management in maintaining high safety awareness through training, awareness, inspection, and enforcement.Deliver training material, administer tests, counsel students on academic problems, document academic performance, evaluate training, and perform curriculum maintenance tasks to ensure validated formalized training requirements are executed.Deliver Health, Safety and Environmental training in accordance with 29CFR1910 (Code of Federal Regulations) and OSHA 2254 (Training Requirements in OSHA Standards).Ensure all processed linens are hygienically clean and free of defect through stringent quality standards.Interview applicants and on-board probationary employees.Conduct initial & annual refresher training for all employees via both classroom and field-based training.Monitor safety performance and detect trends related to health and safety.Ensure regulatory compliance through maintaining effective policies and procedures.Manage collection & disposal of pharmaceutical and biohazardous waste collected with soiled linens. Manage collection & return of all lost & found items collected with soiled linens.Generate & maintain Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.Utilize video surveillance to review all injuries and incidents.
