About Max Wallack
I lead teams on process, mechanical, and civil design of municipal water and wastewater systems. My focus includes pump stations, chemical treatment systems, wells and well pumps, wastewater treatment plants, and water treatment plants. I have experience managing projects, multi-disciplinary coordination, assistance during construction, and cost estimating. I have previous experience with hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) analysis, solid waste, and industrial wastewater treatment projects for power stations; and compliance with the federal coal combustion residuals (CCR) and effluent limitation guidelines (ELG) rules. I have previously also designed business processes using business process model and notation (BPMN) practices. My focus was on services sales gap and root cause analysis, providing process design recommendations, and general administration of processes. I obtained my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas Austin McCombs School of Business in 2023, Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015, and Bachelors of Science (cum laude) in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2013.Projects in education included microbial fuel cells, microbial reverse electrodialysis cells, and high rate algal ponds.
