The Congrgation build partnerships that promote the dignity and human rights of all, especially women and children. In solidarity, we work for the transformation of unjust systems, theflourishing of humanity and integrity of all creation.The Generalate is the congregation’s head body in Rome, recognized as a juridical entity both by the Holy See and the Italian State. The Generalate provides pastoral, advisory, management and administrative services to the Provinces/Units around the world to assist the members and mission partners to live out their mission.My role in the Generalate is to assist the Congregational Treasurer through Financial planning and budgeting, managing the accounting system, ensuring effective internal controls, analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports for external Auditing.Control on matters related to employees, finance, fiscal and labor regulations.Monitoring investments funds.
