About Max Coursey
My name is Max Coursey. I’m the CEO and founder of Bid on Brokers and Founder & President of Tiger Prop. Tiger Prop is a real estate brokerage model that refuses to charge 6% brokerage fees, and we give home buyers money instead of fruit baskets. To date, Tiger Prop Realtors have given or saved clients over $1.5 million in brokerage fees when compared to 6% brokers. Through standardizing marketing and operational efficiency, we sell homes for top dollar netting our clients significantly more money than our competitors. Oh yeah, we also give home buyers money instead of fruit baskets. I am a founding member of the Forbes Real Estate Council and have been featured in Business Insider, Huffington Post and I\'m a guest contributor for Forbes on all things Real Estate. I have also worked in Proptech, tech, and blockchain companies including Vacasa, Homie and ReConsortia. In addition to being a real estate broker, I have substantial experience in real estate investment, consulting, property management, construction, real estate development, bank owned properties, rehabbing properties, and putting together real estate investment portfolios. I have over 15 years experience in working with inspectors, title companies, escrow officers, mortgage officers. If it touches real estate I have probably worked with it a little bit. Tiger Prop is a member of Homes of Idaho. On a side note, I also started Bid on Brokers approximately 5 years ago. We coordinate broker to broker real estate referrals and have begun building a Multiple Agent Service which is essentially the inverse of the Multiple Listing Service.
