The Decelerator is a free support service for civil society organisations. We offer information, tools and hands-on support for better endings.I support the members of the Decelerator team to reflect on their practice and take care of their wellbeing through holding space for supervision. I also work at a team level - both with the service delivery team (our Hotline Navigators) and with the whole organisation, to process and reflect on the work in ways that build relational understanding, creating strength over weakness or division.
