ABOUT MAX RUMBLE
I am a Chartered Surveyor in the Recoveries and Receivership team at Savills Birmingham, having successfully passed my APC in November 2025. My academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Architecture and an MSc in Real Estate, providing a strong foundation for my career in surveying.Since joining Savills in 2023, I’ve gained hands-on experience across Property Management, Recoveries & Receivership, Rating, and Valuation through the Commercial Rotation Scheme, helping me develop a broad and practical skill set.Beyond my day-to-day role, I’m actively involved in the Savills Birmingham Network Committee, and I am also the Chair of RICS Matrics Birmingham Committee, where I help organise events that support and connect the next generation of property professionals.
