Currently driving the scale-up of Vattenfalls Solar and Batteries Unit as a Project Manager for Non-Asset Improvement Projects. Within this role I am responsible for a wide range of exciting projects including Process Integration for Multi-Technology Asset Projects, Business or Product Development and Digitalisation. In addition, I serve as a Product Owner of the BU for three Digital Tools in Continuous Development, ever-improving their value and adapting them to the evolving organisation and digital tool landscape.I am a young professional in the field of sustainability management, passionate about driving tangible change towards a society which thrives without adversely impacting the natural systems and capital we depend on. I have an academic background in Natural Sciences and Industrial Ecology. Latter can be briefly summarized as \'Applied Sustainability Management\' for organisations looking to identify and improve their material impacts.I gained diverse practical experience as a Sustainability Project Manager during several project assignments within different parts of the Daimler AG, ranging from Sustainability Strategy, Factory Planning and Strategic Procurement to Marketing & Sales. The projects in dynamic, strategic and operative environments on tight timelines with large and diverse groups of stakeholders tested and proved my ability to quickly deliver added value with agile, temporary project teams.
