With over 20 years of experience in credit, private equity, and capital markets, Max is a passionate and driven leader who strives to create value for investors, portfolio companies, and financing partners. He serves as Co-Head of Abry’s Private Debt Strategy and is a member of the investment committee. Additionally, Max leads Capital Markets, overseeing relationships with financing partners, coordinating capital market activities for Abry portfolio companies, and sourcing investments in key sectors. Prior to joining Abry Partners, Max was a senior team leader for Barings\' Global Private Finance platform, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and managing senior secured loans through equity investments in North America and Europe. He leveraged his knowledge in private markets and credit to execute transactions across various industries and geographies, delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors. Max also contributed to the growth and development of the private credit platform, which reached over $40 billion in assets under management.
