I build pro formas, debt sizing models, and sensitivity analyses; complete market research; and prepare financing materials that support capital placement efforts. A key part of my role involves communicating directly with developers, lenders, and operating partners to advance business transactions—coordinating deal documentation, clarifying underwriting assumptions, and ensuring all parties remain aligned throughout the execution process. These responsibilities have strengthened both my financial modeling foundation and my ability to manage relationships across the full capital stack.I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in Finance and Marketing, plus a minor in the Business of Sports. My experiences across wealth management and internal audit helped develop my client‑facing communication skills, risk‑minded thinking, and analytical approach. As a WashU football student‑athlete, I learned how to lead, compete, and collaborate—skills that translate directly into how I operate within fast‑moving CRE transactions.
