   Conduct Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) testing (T2, T1T2, D-T2) on core samples to evaluate pore size distribution, porosity, fluid typing, calculated permeability, and producible fluid volumes (BVI vs. FFI), as well as wettability factor, at ambient and reservoir conditions.• Perform Routine Core Analysis (RCA) and Tight Rock Analysis (TRA) on conventional and unconventional samples, including Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) studies; execute Dean-Stark, GRI, and Retort extractions, as well as pulse decay and pressure decay methods, evaluating fluid saturations, pore structure, and storage properties, and calculating porosity, permeability, grain volume, and grain density.• Operate and maintain high-pressure, high-temperature lab equipment; ensure accuracy through calibration, troubleshooting, and repair.• Perform well site core processing, marking whole core with depth and orientation, and preparing it for shipment and advanced analysis.• Conduct CST (Capillary Suction Time) and LPSA (Laser Particle Size Analysis) to assess filtercake permeability, clay stabilizer interaction, and particle size distribution.• Lead HSE and quality initiatives, managing hazardous materials inventory, coordinating waste pickups, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating safety meetings to mitigate risks and improve laboratory practices.• Mentor junior lab personnel through SLB’s training program to improve their technical capability and knowledge across workflows.
