Previously Poly, until acquired on 11/2/2022 Jointly support Pricing Strategy and Data Science teams. Leverage statistical and machine learning techniques to address business problems. Perform data engineering tasks to automate data flows, and build dashboards to support decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliverables. Identified key issues in a customer service ticket database by conducting unsupervised natural language clustering in Python using BERT with Poly products. Worked in a multi-developer system in Git, and created a Gitlab/Docker CI/CD framework for the project within Gitlab, as well as AWS Lambda, S3, and EC2 for model deployment. Created processes for automating dashboard refreshes from external sources utilizing Python, SQL Server, and Alteryx that decreased time spent updating dashboards from nearly two days to one hour. Built PowerBI dashboard to evaluate impact of price changes at the SKU level, processing millions of lines of data at the family and SKU level in order to model changes in profitability. Created a web scraping tool to analyze price differences between Poly’s and competitors products for over 110 products.
