ABOUT MAXINE DAVIES
After practicing as a litigator for 13 years, I moved into a new role in 2016 as the Business Engagement Manager for the Transaction Services Team at Addleshaw Goddard. I am absolutely delighted to now be leading the team as we focus on how we can support the firm in achieving its AG2030 strategy.The TST is a team of approximately 160 people including apprentices, paralegals, associates and managers working in a fully integrated way with the wider firm to deliver services more efficiently and cost effectively for our clients. We in the TST are constantly looking at how we can best make use of technology, processes and, of course, our great people, to remain at the cutting edge of the provision of legal services and I am really excited to be part of such an innovative and forward thinking team.My litigation experience, which includes 5 secondments to the retail and investment banking divisions of two large UK banks, and my experience as a partner will put me in an excellent position to spot opportunities for further developing the TST and to offer the best possible service to our clients.
