ABOUT MAXINE XU
I have more than 13 years tender coordinator experience in oil and gas industry. My previous company SOFEC evolved from supplying Single Anchor Leg Mooring Systems in the U.S. to a proven and technically advanced supplier of mooring and fluid transfer systems for offshore energy companies, operating all over the world. During these 13 years, our tendering department have won more than 30 projects all over the world. I was the only proposal coordinator in the company. About 6 years ago, I was the liaison between the company and Xait which is a global software technology company. I arranged Xait trainings for all of the employee related in proposal writing and successfully made the transition from traditionally writing in Word, on-premise to cloud based writing which enabled more people to create quotations and reduced time-to-quote by up to 50%. I am bilingual in Chinese Mandarin and English. I helped the company to translate the Chinese and Taiwanese tender documents, HSE files, and Compliance documentations.
