ABOUT MAXINE KASHTON
I am a Professional Accountant, CPA, CMA, with leadership roles as a CEO, COO, CFO, and as a Business Partner. My experience spans many sectors including non-profit, charity, trades, insurance, and retail. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics. I have a broad range of experience in finance, sales, human resources, information technology, and operations. Utilizing my knowledge base, and my keen ability to analyze organizations, I apply a holistic approach to analyzing an organization’s external opportunities and threats, assess internal strengths and weaknesses against those opportunities and threats, and build a strategic plan that sets the organization up for growth while managing risk. I am interested in change that brings innovation and transformation to an organization; I am not interested in change just for the sake of change. I believe that creating a positive work environment and a great place to work pays dividends for the staff and those we serve. Doing so brings us all closer to the vision and mission, the reasons the organization exists.
