I started within BSS in May 2007 setting up the Havelock London Regional Office in Brentford where I was for 5 years. Decided to relocate from London to the East Midlands Nottinghamshire my new position is with BSS at Bulwell on the Brands Industrial Desk having been on the Havelock Controls team at Leicester for 8 months. As I live central to approx 9 different BSS branches. I have moved to the Industrial Desk as Senior Internal Technical Sales Engineer to assist with the team. I was at BSS Leeds for 2 1/2 years to as an Internal Technical Sales Engineer, which we saw growth in Controls in the area. My technical knowledge has grown further on Controls helping customers and colleagues on sourcing new for obsolete and very old valves and actuators. Informing customers and colleague of modifications that may be required when installing the new equipment. This has not just been in the Leeds area that I have support colleagues and customers it has been nationwide. I have been supporting some FM accounts for the last 11 years supplying them with most of their requirements. With my knowledge also advising other branches nationwide with products for the other FM companies. As well as supporting branches with their Controls requirements nationally within BSS and Travis Perkins Group.
