Hello! My name is Maxine Baker, and I am a rising senior at Chapman University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Data Analytics. I will be graduating in June 2026 and am honored to be a Hesperian Scholar. This past spring, I interned at Califia Farms as an Influencer Marketing and PR Intern, where I will contribute to innovative campaigns and develop skills in brand partnerships and public relations. During summer 2024, I interned at Nieco LLC, where I enhanced the company\'s digital presence, increasing LinkedIn interactions by over and Instagram engagement by 150%. As a Freelance Social Media Manager, I drove an impressive 583% follower growth by crafting and executing tailored content strategies. Additionally, my experience as a Marketing Intern at Regal Wine Co. sharpened my skills in trend analysis, merchandising, and sales optimization. I am proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java, as well as Microsoft Excel. I am passionate about marketing, business, brand partnerships, content creation, and problem-solving.
