With a solid grounding in IBM certifications and a penchant for project management, my role involves steering complex Maximo implementations and fostering organizational change to enhance maintenance programs.Our team has successfully adopted the Scalable Agile Framework to navigate the vast scale of projects, advancing the effectiveness of maintenance processes. We have instituted Quality Standards, developed asset management programs, and integrated reliability engineering standards to maximize the utility and cost-efficiency of the Maximo Asset Maintenance system.

   Work at NASA involves consulting with both the Logistics and Facilities groups to maintain and improve their Maximo systems in place for over 20 years. A primary responsibility in this role involves implementing numerous new groups into the Maximo system. At NASA, we use the Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) with daily Scrum sessions to manage the large scale of work. Specific activities include but are not limited to:• Managing projects being moved in to the Maximo system.• Leading and assisting others in the various implementation projects.• Working closely with the client base to define specific requirements.• Interfacing with IBM as necessary to resolve issues.• Creating integrations to external applications as required by the implementations.• Developing BIRT reports defined during workshops with clients.• Creating and modifying applications as required including xml modifications.
