I’m an Internal Communications & Engagement Officer at Manchester Airports Group (MAG), creating clear, engaging and people-focused communications that help colleagues feel informed, connected and supported across our airports.Before joining MAG, I worked in both internal and external communications at McDonald’s UK & Ireland, including time as a Press Officer and supporting colleague engagement across a large, fast-paced national business.Curious, collaborative and always developing, I’m passionate about making communications simple, meaningful and impactful — and supporting a culture where colleagues feel valued, included and equipped to do their best work.
