I’m a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) and Head of UI with 10+ years in digital products. From telehealth and public transport to online education and creative agencies. I combine deep UX craft, behavioural psychology, and team leadership to turn complex problems into clear, humane experiences.Over the last decade I’ve:• Led and mentored teams of up to 14 designers across agencies and in-house product teams, building clear growth paths and hiring practices.• Designed end-to-end experiences for B2C public transport apps (Android & iOS) used daily by commuters, from early concepts to usability testing.• Created an accessible telehealth platform for patients 60+, focusing on simple flows and WCAG-aligned interfaces for both patients and doctors.• Shaped UX for a complex course & training scheduling system at a large education provider, working with PO, devs, and stakeholders on research, epics, and acceptance criteria.• Scaled a design agency from 12 to 25 people, increased profitability by ~20%, and helped win 35+ international design awards without sacrificing delivery quality.My sweet spot is where messy, cross-functional problems meet real users: mapping journeys, simplifying flows, testing ideas quickly, and aligning product, engineering, and business around clear decisions. I enjoy mentoring designers, but I’m equally happy in Figma adjusting a flow, writing UX copy, or observing usability tests.
