ABOUT MAXIMILLIAN MULLER

Maximillian J. Muller, Esquire is a founding member of Muller Brazil, LLP. Mr. Muller\'s practice areas include vaccine injury, personal injury, mass torts and and civil litigation. Mr. Muller represents clients across the country for injuries and reactions related to vaccination and unsafe drugs and medical devices. Mr. Muller also litigates personal injury and other civil litigation matters in Philadelphia area state and federal courts. Mr. Muller is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United Stated Court of Federal Claims and several other federal courts.From 20••••19, Mr. Muller has been selected as a rising star in Philadelphia Magazine\'s “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Stars,” a listing which includes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years. Prior to forming Muller Brazil, Mr. Muller worked as an attorney at a large Philadelphia insurance defense firm, where he specialized in general liability defense, insurance coverage and subrogation. While at that firm, Mr. Muller worked closely with insurance companies in defending personal injury and insurance coverage matters and learned the insurance companies’ tactics for denying coverage and limiting financial recovery.Mr. Muller obtained his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law and his B.S. in Business and Marketing from Lehigh University. Mr. Muller was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and attended LaSalle College High School before Lehigh University. Mr. Muller is an avid golfer and serious Philadelphia sports fan.
