Rotation 1: Logistics Transformation Project Manager- Led a cross-functional project team to create a new Bought-In Finished Goods (BIFG) freight invoicing process, avoiding £2MM/year in unapproved costs- Successful execution of new samples order process at the Southern Regional Distribution Centre (SRDC), using change management procedures to ensure all stakeholders aligned for a smooth transition. Process streamlined by enabling automation of printing of labels by warehouse team- Managed reduction of unpaid invoices >30 days within logistics function from £180m to £0.3m in space of 21 weeks.Rotation 2: Snacks & Grains Supply Planner- Responsible for producing weekly production plans for our Trade Ready Display Unit (TRDU) co-packing operations across 2x sites, planning units per week for >12 customers- Supported service recovery back to target levels through improved dependent demand visualisation for customer teams, enforcement of locked forecast zone for TRDUs and removal of several non-value add tasks that were previously part of the planning role- Utilisation of SAP, Prolink (planning tool software) and other business applications to drive planning-related decisionsRotation 3: Manufacturing Operations Team Leader (Skelmersdale)- Managed potato chip production line consisting of a shift team of x32 operators/technicians and producing 30-35t of product across 10-12 SKUs per shift- Delivered above-target on production volumes, waste & other key KPIs during the rotationRotation 4: Supply Chain Process Design EngineerAdditional- Created mentoring scheme for annual cohort of FirstGen placement students- Mentor for Dragon\'s Den project- Spent 2 weeks with sales teams preparing Wembley area ahead of the London 2024 Champions League Final
