ABOUT MAXIMILIEN ABADIE

As Deputy CEO and member of the Executive Committee at Lectra, I have the privilege of helping turn our strategic vision into concrete business impact for the companies we serve in the fashion, automotive, and furniture markets. I supervise our SaaS activities, with a focus on driving adoption, enhancing customer outcomes, and supporting our transition toward a data-driven, outcome-based business model. Working closely with the Chairman and CEO and the Executive Committee, I help shape and bring to life the Group’s global strategy. I also oversee Lectra’s product strategy—from design to post-launch performance—to ensure our solutions create lasting value for our customers. Alongside these responsibilities, I lead the company’s external growth initiatives, including acquisitions and strategic partnerships, to strengthen our market position and expand our reach. Beyond my role at Lectra, I’m passionate about sharing my perspective on the technological transformations reshaping our industries, particularly AI and SaaS. I am a member of the Forbes Technology Council, speak regularly on industry panels, and write articles exploring innovation, strategy, and the future of technology enabled business.What excites me the most are the new ideas, technologies and conversations shaping the future of our industry. I enjoy participating in these discussions and contributing to the dialogue around where our industry is headed next.
