Hello, I\'m Maximilien Lemaigre, Co- Founder at Detritus LLC & JMS Dumpster Rental (Dumpster & Porta Potty Dogs). Working in a corporate environment for five years taught me many things, but the most important lesson I took from it is how important it is to empower and reward your employees. Employees are the heartbeat of an organization and without their drive and tenacity a business can lose its mission statement. With that in mind, my childhood friend, Sean Kellogg, and I went off and founded Detritus LLC. What started as a small dumpster brokerage operated by two lifelong friends, has evolved into a full scale site logistics operation where we empower over 50 employees to provide best in class services to our nationwide clienteles. The continued re-investments in our systems, processes, and personnel has propelled us to being one of the industry leaders and disruptors. We continue to challenge the status quo and never settle for mediocrity. It\'s with this mindset we have kept pushing boundaries and look at the future with anticipation for great things to come!Our success with Detritus LLC in the local Savannah, GA market allowed us to found JMS Dumpster Rental, better known as Dumpster & Porta Potty Dogs. We were able to take the same service minded approach and provide best in class dumpster and porta potty services to the Savannah and Low Country area. What started as 1 truck and 29 rusty dumpsters, has evolved and grown into a full operation with over 15 trucks and over assets on the ground. There is one common ingredient in the successes of the two companies, and that is its people. Again, without them, mission statements can be lost quickly. Proud of all the very impressive people we have brought in and cannot wait to see what together we can achieve. Business means a great deal to me, but it would mean nothing without the family I have built. I have a loving wife, a fiery daughter and loving son. They are what makes everything worth it!Outside of home and work, you\'ll find me hacking it on the golf course, grinding it out on the tennis courts, or just simply hanging next to my 2,600lbs smoker. Ask me about smoked meats!
