Lead a distributed team of 10+ FTEs, contractors, and vendors to deliver the end-to-end software for our medical devices. My responsibilities span from the firmware and software running on our medical devices in hospitals, over owning the core cloud processing and storage data platform infrastructure, to web-app-based results delivery to physicians. My role primarily focuses on defining the product vision and technical roadmap, aligning stakeholders through documentation, and driving engineering execution (including team management).
