I am a hospitality finance leader with over a decade of experience across major Marriott properties in England, Germany and Switzerland. My work centres on strengthening financial performance, building high-performing teams, and creating structures that allow operations to run with clarity and confidence.I have managed full hotel P & Ls, budgets, forecasts, audits, payroll, and complex owner reporting, and I enjoy bringing calm, accuracy, and strategic thinking to fast-paced environments. What motivates me most is making things work better, whether that means improving processes, developing people, or creating tools that give teams the information they need to succeed.I care deeply about growth: my own, and that of the people around me. Mentoring, coaching, and building capability are a natural part of how I work, and I take pride in seeing colleagues thrive. Alongside this, I continue to invest in my own development, recently completing a Level 7 apprenticeship in Strategic Management and preparing for an Executive MBA top-up.Outside work, I am a runner, traveller, and enthusiastic explorer of new places and good food.
