   Responsible for leading the North America Technical Service and Development team for Packaging and Specialty Plastics at DOW. More specifically, my team, composed of 10 senior engineers, works to develop new polymers and applications for Rigid Packaging (Blow Molding, Rotomolding, Injection Molding, Caps & Closures, Lids, Thin Wall packages) and Pipes (Water distribution, Oil & Gas distribution, Plumbing, Geomembranes, conduit and micro-irrigation) markets segment. Accountable for supporting the commercialization of more than 2 billion lbs. annually. I collaborate with Product R&D, Process R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales Management and Product management organizations to define strategy and execute business goals.I technically represent customer demands and needs during Technology Value Center (Gas Phase) meetings.
