ABOUT MAXIMILIAN GÖBEL

Maximilian Göbel is a Senior Engagement Manager in the Stuttgart Office of McKinsey & Company. As part of the Global Energy and Materials practice he serves clients in the Chemical and Agricultural industry creating transformational and sustained value.Maximilian graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He received his PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Salzburg and conducted research as a Visiting Fellow at Harvard Business School. He also studied abroad at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and ETH Zürich.Prior to joining McKinsey, Maximilian gained valuable experience in the chemical industry,(technology) consulting, and politics. During his PhD studies, he also co-founded a social startup in the academic field.
