ABOUT MAXIMILIAN ZARTE
Since August 2022, I have been working as a Sustainability Manager for Arnold Jäger Holding GmbH. My main responsibilities include monitoring and managing the sustainability activities of the Jäger Group, as well as creating sustainability reports. Prior to that, I worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Production Planning and Control (Mechanical Engineering) at the Hochschule Emden/Leer. During this time, I collaborated with Prof. Dr-Ing. Agnes Pechmann on sustainability and digitalization in teaching and research. In addition to my role as a research assistant, I also completed my PhD in the field of Industrial Engineering at Universidade Nova in Lisbon, specializing in decision models for sustainable production planning.
