Hired as a programme manager to execute the company vision to transform a multi-million £ programme from an AI exploratory research phase to product launch. The programme required the creation of an entire new machine learning team. • Maintained strong, effective and transparent communication with all senior executive stakeholders to ensure dependencies were managed, risks raised and decisions actioned to ship high quality products on time, within budget and to quality standards. • I established machine learning governance, reviewed team structures, working processes, KPI’s and documentation whilst instigating changes of these processes as we grew from a team to a department. The projects often involved switching between Agile and Waterfall methods to suit specific project goals.• Strategically steered interdepartmental stakeholders working in complex matrix environments to ensure the business benefits were realised and the programme steered from research to go-to-market.
