Passionate and driven Finance Manager leading a team taking care of cash-flow analysis, GL accounting (US-GAAP + HGB), external reporting, external + internal audit queries, M&A post-merger integrations and more. In my role as a manager I take great pride in putting the focus on enabling my employees to take decisions, be accountable and grow professionally as well as personally. Previously to that, I worked in the Audit/Assurance Department of EY, where I focused on the audit of major multinational corporations and specialized also in accompanying IPOs and carve-outs. At EY I also fulfilled the role as a digital ambassador, taking an active part in driving the further digitalization of the firm.
