My area of responsibility includes primarily:* Acquisition of new customers, as well as expansion of existing customers and their care in all marketing matters* Sales of the quotation to the contract, including contracts to regulate the terms and conditions of sale* Create cost / benefit analyses for customer projects* Preparation, implementation and coordination of presentations at the customer* Organization of workshops* Participation in trade fairs and congresses* Cooperation with in-house, supporting departments, as well as coordination of activities at the customer* Compilation and management of the PTC account team, consisting of employees from the areas of pre-sales, business development and global serices, and external service Aufgabengebiet umfasst im Wesentlichen:*Gewinnung von Neukunden, sowie Ausbau der Bestandskunden und deren Betreuung in allen vertrieblichen Angelegenheiten*Verkaufsabwicklung von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss, incl. Rahmenverträge zur Regelung der allgemeinen Geschäfts- und Verkaufsbedingungen*Erstellen von Kosten-/Nutzenanalysen bei Kundenprojekten*Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Koordination von Präsentationen beim Kunden*Organisation von Workshops*Teilnahme an Messen und Kongressen*Zusammenarbeit mit hausinternen, unterstützenden Abteilungen, sowie Koordination der Tätigkeiten beim Kunden*Zusammenstellung und Führung der PTC Accountteams, bestehend aus Mitarbeiten aus den Bereichen Pre-Sales, Business Development und Global Serices, sowie externen Service Partnern
