I’m a cross-functional strategist and problem solver with over six years of experience leading digital initiatives, communications campaigns, and systems transformation across government and mission-driven organizations. While much of my recent work has been in product ownership and agile delivery, my core strength is building clarity and momentum around complex challenges whether through strategy, operations, or communication.My background spans product development, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, workflow automation, and business development. I’ve led teams that delivered $100M+ in new business, built internal platforms that streamlined operations, and developed messaging strategies used at the highest levels of the Department of Defense. Across roles, I focus on identifying what matters, translating ambiguity into action, and connecting people, processes, and technology to drive meaningful outcomes.I hold a master’s degree in Systems Engineering and certifications in both Product Ownership and Scrum.
