I\'m in charge of the Innovation & Technology team within Consulting Business unit, to develop, in term of business and HR, the practice around big streams : customer experience, data & AI, MACH architecture, cloud & devOps, modern workplace and sustainability. We carry out scoping, audit, benchmarking and implementation & deployment missions : to support our clients in their transition to the cloud and the digitalisation & industrialisation of the Information System, to test & learn new technologies or experiences, to design better digital products enabling them to create more economic, ecological and social value.I\'m also responsible of the Innovation community within SQLI to align our technology savvy with business needs and market trends. A transversal board to lead technical ambitions, by regrouping all the Business units to align our capacity to innovate and our technological initiatives. Identify, reference and centralise all the innovative initiatives : emerging technologies (Data & AI, XR, Robotics, Quantum.), vendor solutions (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, etc.) and disruptive methods (Design Sprint, Lean Startup, Sustainable Design.).
