ABOUT MAXIME BONNASSERRE

Hi. Welcome! If there is one common denominator of all my work, it is LOVE. Bringing more love and harmony in our relationship with ourselves, others and within our business, that\'s my goal for you! It\'s much more about Being than Doing-For the past 20+ years in business, sales and coaching, I have had ample opportunities to meet leaders while being one myself. Here is what I\'ve learned:#1 Leader or not, we all truly seek the same things: Happiness! Love! Peace! Success!#2 We are all our worst enemies in such pursuits, because we all share the same obstacle: EGO.#3 So goes the mind, so goes the rest.#4 So goes the leader, so goes the team.(Great cultures are a reflection of the leaders\' level of consciousness!) All of these truths are universal; you probably experienced them too in your business and life!There is an underlying journey that we must take part in to create a better workplace and spark more joy and peace in our lives: A journey of inner leadership! Or dare I say: Conscious Leadership!This path is about freeing ourselves from the mental patterns and emotional reactions that we\'ve created or that we are cultivating. In this process, we learn how to master ourselves.It\'s hard, at times painful, yet the most rewarding journey for ourselves and the ones we lead!It\'s soul work that heals our business and enriches our lives and other people’s lives. I coach and teach for clarity, for perspective and for better harmony in the relationship with yourself and others. I coach to help you free yourself from those voices, emotions and doubts that stop you from serving powerfully.
