A French national and entrepreneur at heart, Maxime is an expert when it comes to innovative technology. His career in recruitment spans more than 20 years, with his journey starting in Luxembourg in 2004. Maxime joined Hays as a Country Manager in charge of multiple teams and clients.In 2017, Maxime moved to Canada and managed the IT Contracting team at Hays, overseeing one of the most important sectors in Canada’s economy and managed the Business Development of IT Staffing operations for Eastern Canada. Never one to stop progressing, Maxime joined Mirillion and gradually took on all operational aspects and systems and launched our Innovative Technology practice in Montreal. Max oversees our RPO evolution at Mirillion and has successfully implemented RPO solutions with several clients in Montreal and France.What’s more, Maxime is a Co-Founder of La French Tech Toronto, an instructor of Operations Management at Le College Boreal and an active corporate member of the France Canada Chamber of Commerce of Ontario.When he is not busy networking at the many corporate events around Montreal and Toronto, he likes to explore new productivity hacks and spends time mono-wheeling or skiing with his young family. An enthusiastic wine lover, Maxime has family across Europe and takes every opportunity he can to visit them.
