About Maxime Sabet Dacre
I am proud to have leveraged a MS in Mechanical Engineering focused on Robotics, Product Design, and Manufacturing and created two product startups functioning as a Product Owner. Product Design and Manufacturing classes provided hands-on experience to design and build machines, and I learned how to bring prototypes to mass manufacturing, methods to build spec documents, quality test plans, production processes, and tooling documentation. This challenging and exciting experience enabled me to develop Product Design skills with a passion for work on wireframes.Core strengths include working with data, performing analysis of customer interactions and conducting customer surveys to identify methods to improve products. After conducting customer interviews for a startup, the UX feedback enabled me to create a new product that tripled user interactions. I also had the opportunity to optimize processes by building tools that automate human intensive tasks such as database updates and fraud activity detection. I have created product personas, developed a product vision and strategy, built product roadmaps, and wrote detailed technical specifications for an engineering team. I also helped make engineering trade-off decisions, tested multiple acquisition channels, and delivered presentations to large audiences.
