As a Strategic Designer on Airbus Digital Alliance and Innovation projects, I work at finding out airline needs, designing solutions and having them tested. The challenge is to design simple interfaces that encompass all the complexity of an aircraft and/or an airline organization.Part of my activity is to interact with customers to identify valuable use cases through user research and to elaborate design strategies to create suitable experiences for our end users. Another activity is to work in strong collaboration with the development teams to ensure a seamless continuity of the design through our production environment.
