   Main PoC for all on-street parking-related matters, including carshare and food trucks, and bike parking-related requests on public right-of-way citywide•Managed and overhauled the citywide parklet program from January 2022 to October 2023•Support the pedestrianization project on the Unit and 100 blocks of King Street in various capacities•Manage the implementation and evaluation of loading zones and pickup/dropoff zones citywide•Oversee the inception, expansion, and reduction of all 16 Residential Parking Permit Districts (RPPDs) citywide, as well as all changes to RPPD-related signage within each district•Support Division and Department with proposing changes to the City Code relating to parking and curbside management•Manage the on-street disability parking program citywide; updating and digitizing the program•Staff and present to the Traffic and Parking Board monthly•Collaborate with supervisor to oversee and coordinate various responsibilities and duties belonging to four major parking technology contractors•Liaise directly with Visit Alexandria to address parking-related concerns that affect tourism in Alexandria, including car and motorcoach parking and loading, and—previously—the commercial parklet program•Field requests for signage installation, removal, and modification from various individuals and organizations both internally and externally, and coordinate with Traffic Operations directly to have approved requests executed quickly•Field all vehicular and bicycle parking-related requests via 311•Support team in managing the operation of the City’s parking garages and lots•Organize and lead the quarterly traffic safety coordination meeting amongst other Divisions of T & ES and the Police Department•Lead the monthly parking-related coordination discussion amongst Traffic Operations, IT, GIS, Communications, Visit Alexandria, Alexandria Economic Development Partnership, the Department of Finance, City Attorney’s Office, and Police Department
