Through my studies in Business Psychology, with a focus on HRM and Consulting, alongside hands-on experience in Talent Development and Employer Branding, I’ve gained valuable insights into how organizations can create environments that foster continuous learning and growth. In my bachelor’s thesis I examined the impact of AI on employees, exploring how companies can empower their teams to effectively leverage AI in their work, ultimately boosting productivity and innovation.
