I am responsible for- Direct communication with players to understand their goals, strengths, and career paths- Representing players as their agent in all communication with clubs, coaches, and scouts- Leading outreach to college programs and professional teams on behalf of PSC athletes- Identifying and securing the best-fit opportunities for each player based on their level and potential- Leveraging his global network across North America, Europe, and beyond to arrange trials, showcases, and placements- Overseeing all outreach to ensure consistent communication with programs- Monitoring market trends and opportunities across leagues and divisions- Working with the team to build individualized strategies for player development and exposure- Advising players on contract offers, next steps, and long-term career planning
