Hello! I\'m Maxim LeBlanc, a versatile marketer with a diverse skill set spanning 6 years of entrepreneurship and 3+ years agency experience at AORs marketing top-tier pharmaceutical brands. With expertise in email marketing, rolling out new processes, engagement planning, and strategic campaign execution - I thrive on building communication strategies across both digital and traditional channels. My goal is to lead marketing initiatives that foster meaningful brand growth, driven by honesty, kindness, and intentional an Account supervisor at Merkley and Partners, I support cross-functional teams in executing disease awareness initiatives for Novartis. I have experience in both DTC and HCP, and have worked in AORs to launch three new products/indications and navigate four label updates throughout my career - building brand relationships with each new timeline.Prior to working in the big city, I majored in marketing and health policy at Brandeis. When school was out for the summer, I was cooking up a storm in my hometown of Kennebunk Maine.Cooking isn’t necessarily a skill I\'d put on my resume, but my love for smiles, creativity, and gluttony(alongside a pressing tuition payment) was the recipe behind my business, Maxim’s Desserts. Since it\'s founding in 2017, I navigated a global pandemic and rapid business growth as a proudly queer Gen-Z business owner. I’ve hired teams, promoted managers, trademarked a brand, and introduced a new product; all while receiving five star reviews. Upon closing my business I transitioned into advertising. I have come to understand that advertising, like selling pie cones, is about crafting compelling narratives that build excitement about something. The “something” is where it differs, and some things are easier than others. I now have diverse experience in building excitement around secondhand fashion, career resources, pie cones, and two top-earning pharmaceuticals; and I\'m always looking to learn more.
